Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused temporary tattoos in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected from bending or moisture during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
